I started my career in estate agency at Ringwood, followed by several more years in Bournemouth covering the East Dorset and West Hampshire areas. In 1978 started up on my own at New Milton but due to domestic responsibilities now operate only part time based in Burley.

Note I have no shortages of enquiries from potential buyers looking for all kinds of property, from the smaller home suitable for the first time purchaser through to larger country houses.

PROPERTY REQUIRED

+ All village and town areas from Poole to Southampton including all of the New Forest are being requested.

+ Shops and businesses large or small always welcomed.

+ Land for grazing horses, also any offering building potential.

+ Run down properties for redevelopment or conversion.

+ Adjoining gardens to create opportunities for new homes.

COMMISSION.

Fees become payable after contracts are signed. 1.5% for sole agency, 2% when other agents are also appointed. (Excluding the cost of the Home Information Pack)

I do not undertake residential property lettings or management.

RETAINED CLIENTS.

For retained clients, there are building opportunities and investments from various UK locations, working with other Agents or Councils. Finders fee is required on those occasions, payable after contracts are signed. 1% plus ideally joint agency on any re-sales, but that is not a condition

HOME INFORMATION PACKS (HIPs)

Home Information Packs (HIPs) will be the responsibility of the vendor either by obtaining one themselves, or I could appoint a supplier on their behalf. I recommend you still be advised by your solicitor.
